The role

We are a rapidly growing business and the Sales Partner Manager role is key to us achieving scale on global level.

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for building our future partner network, building relationships with the right stakeholders and providing all the necessary support to bring the best out of each partner. The Sales Partner Manager will ensure that sales and pipeline reporting, targets, processes and strategies are aligned and executed with the strategic objectives of the business. You will also contribute to building of our business strategy through market research, sector analysis and any relevant feedback that comes from existing or potential partners.

The Sales Partner Manager will also work closely with the marketing function to ensure effective support to Sales Partner marketing and customer communications. In addition, you will assist in designing the framework of Sales Partner support when it comes to product training, customer service and troubleshooting.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop, maintain and optimize Sales Partner network globally
  • Achievement of partner recruitment, revenue and paid user targets
  • Accurate and timely reporting of partner, market area and sector specific performance and pipeline
  • Beneficial and consistent commercial terms and governance in Sales Partner agreements 

Management:

  • Coordinate sales and pipeline forecasting and reporting across Sales Partner network
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with marketing, customer operations, development and other functions
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Sales Partners to ensure that objectives are clearly communicated and achieved
  • Demonstrate passion, energy and ambition in order to grow ones the most important elements of NTMY growth strategy

Business Development:

  • Actively grow and optimize Sales Partner network globally to support our growth ambitions
  • Research and identify key growth markets and segments
  • Work closely with marketing function to ensure that the content strategy is aligned with business development priorities
